Viewing Order Status

The status of your order can be checked at any time by logging into your account and clicking “My Account”.

Updating Your Account Information

To update any of your account information click “My Account” and then click on the Edit, Change or Manage button.  Once you have updated your information click the “Save” button.

Shipping & Handling

The BenchtopPRO offers you a range of shipping speeds and prices through Federal Express.  Shipping and handling costs are based on the total weight of the merchandise purchased; for the most accurate shipping charge please check your shopping cart.

Orders received Monday through Friday are processed by the end of the next business day.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed by the following Tuesday.  Merchandise ships from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. For ground shipments allow a minimum of 7 days for receipt of your order.  You may also choose additional, expedited shipping methods at checkout to receive your order faster.

If you are using a coupon, please note that the discount applies to the cost of the merchandise only, not the shipping.

Shipping Charges (Continental U.S.)

Your total shipping charges are based on the shipping method selected.  Special shipping promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges. 
Your total shipping charge will appear as a line item under your subtotal during the checkout process. Any taxes will appear as separate line items.   If you are using a coupon, please note that the discount applies to the cost of the merchandise only, not the shipping.

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation e-mail for each shipment we send you.

Free shipping charges apply to The BenchtopPRO Supplies Kit purchases made within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and APO customers).

International Orders

We are not currently shipping to international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  We take pride in the quality of our products and making sure great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund within 30 days of your original receipt.  All items must be returned in their original packaging and include the packing slip invoice. ChemFree Corporation will issue your refund/credit to your original form of payment indicated on the packing slip invoice which must be included with your return.  We do not issue any credit for shipping charges.  Credits will not include the original shipping charges from your invoice.  If you received free shipping on your purchase, a flat rate of $15 for the BenchtopPRO Kit,  and $5 for the optional brush, will be deducted from your refund/return credit to cover these charges.  Credit will be issued at the time the return is received and processed in our warehouse.  Please allow approximately 30 days for your refund to post to your account.
